Please fill out the questionnaire and wait for me to respond to you. When we have discussed needed topics, then you can send in a deposit to reserve your hedgehog. Deposits can be paid with a check, or with PAY PAL. Deposits are non-refundable, but are applicable to other hedgies or products. I will send you pics of your baby as it grows. Feel free to email during that time with questions etc.. When your baby is fully weaned at 6-7 weeks, you can come and pick up your baby! Once your baby is weaned, you need to pick up your baby within a week or you forfeit your claim to that baby and will need to wait for another one. Please plan on spending 30 - 60 minutes here as we go over handling techniques and as I show you a power point on hedgehog care. You then pay your balance. I only accept cash or PAY PAL for the balance. A 3% surcharge is added for Pay Pal payments. Your hedgie will need a small carrier for when you carry him or her home. You can bring something as simple as a shoe box, or fancier like a cat carrier. Do not plan on bringing your hedgehog home in it's cage setup, as they are too big and not safe for travel.
Warranties?
Yes. We warranty our hedgehogs for 3 months against any genetic illness that is not noticeable at birth or due to owner abuse or neglect. We also offer a lifetime replacement policy should your hedgehog come down with WHS. If you suspect your hedgehog died due to complications surrounding WHS, then with a necropsy done at your expense, we will replace your hedgie. We do not refund vet costs or travel expenses.
We will also buy back your hedgehog if it does not work out during the first month. The $50 deposit is not refundable, yet is applicable to another hedgehog.
